Dr. Rick Farley- Professor
He is president and founder of Hope Institute.  Bachelor of Christian Ministry from New Covenant Christian College, Masters Degree from Chesapeake Bible College, Doctor of Divinity & Doctor of Theology from the School of Bible Theology University & Seminary. Dr. Farley serves as Pastor of MCC and is the Capital District Bishop for the Pentecostal Church of God with churches in seven states. In 2006 his first book "Attitudes of Great Leaders" was published by Destiny Image Publishers. Check out his new book titled     "God's Standard-Bearer".  Dr. Farley has been a dedicated minister of the Gospel for 37 years.  
Dr. Barbara Spies-Scott Professor
Became an ordained minister in 1995. Masters of Ministry Degree, Chesapeake Bible College. February 14, 2002, opened the US Senate in prayer by invitation from Sen. Robert C. Byrd. Dr. Scott has been a registered nurse since 1960. She was the first woman to join the WV Air National Guard as a commissioned officer in 1960. Served as head nurse in the emergency room for several years and as a supervisor, then for six years Director of Nursing for a MR Home for Adults. Later worked in Preventive Medicine and is a licensed Massage Therapist.
